Community Access & Participation
We support young people to develop confidence and independence while accessing and participating in their community.

Supports may include:

Building independence through real-world experiences

Our focus is helping young people move from avoiding experiences to confidently participating in them.
Mentoring & Confidence Building
Our mentoring supports young people through positive relationships, encouragement, and structured experiences designed to build confidence and personal growth.

Mentoring may focus on:

Building self-confidence and resilience
Developing communication skills
Goal setting and motivation
Decision-making and problem solving
Developing independence and responsibility
Building emotional awareness and self-belief
Supporting participation in education, community, and future pathways

Life Skills & Independence
We support young people to develop practical skills that increase confidence and independence in everyday life.

This may include:

Developing routines and organisation skills
Cooking and meal preparation
Budgeting and money management
Household tasks
Personal responsibility
Travel confidence and community access skills
Decision-making and problem solving
Preparing for greater independence
Our goal is to support young people to develop the skills and confidence needed for everyday life.
EMPLOYMENT READINESS PATHWAY
We support young people to develop the foundations required for future employment and workplace participation.

This focuses on building:

Routine and consistency
Confidence in structured environments
Communication skills in real-world settings
Responsibility and accountability
Following instructions and completing tasks
Teamwork and collaboration
Workplace confidence and behaviours
This support is not job placement.

It focuses on developing the confidence, independence, and participation behaviours that help young people prepare for future employment opportunities.

Camps & Respite Experiences
Our camps and respite experiences provide structured opportunities for young people to build confidence, independence, and social connections in supportive environments.

Experiences focus on:

Building confidence away from familiar routines
Developing independence skills
Strengthening friendships and social connections
Increasing adaptability and resilience
Practising everyday life skills
Building teamwork and communication
Creating positive community experiences
